Put a hole in my tooth and didn’t fill it in when my other fill ins got done. Have a common theme of patient blaming rather than doing their jobs. Unprofessional.

Metro Dental Specialist have the best service I have had so far, the front desk are so polite and helpful, they were able to see me as a walk in patient. The dentist are so gentle n caring the staff made sure I was comfortable from the time I walked in. I highly recommend metro dental specialist as your dentist.

Since you had the time to respond to the incorrect appointment information. Here’s the card that I was given for my appointment that your people never put into the system. And I wouldn’t just miraculously have popped up without being told to come in by someone named Tash or something along those lines. So what yall can do is either honor the appointment I was given or give me another one and have your staff do better instead of incorrectly trying to correct someone in the review section for their inconvenience. Do better by your patients.

The place is extremely clean. The staffs and the doctors are really nice and they were on. They did my filling and cleaning with no problem. I would definitely go back there again and refer them to all my friends and family.

We were patients of the last company, that was there, and I can honestly say, this new team is very professional and attentive from the beginning to the end, and all also gave us a follow-up call to check on my extraction.

If I could give no stars I would have. Very ghetto, rude, & unprofessional! My appointment was at 11:45 didn’t get seen until 12:45 the hygienist was very rough & really rude. Ever question I asked she had a smart remark. She also was running around accusing all her staff of stealing a pop my whole appointment!
